MEET OUR TEAM:

Robert Bounds

FOUNDER

Rob is from Mississippi and has over 35 years’ experience in the Architectural field, specializing in Residential Design and Construction, Historical Renovations and lite Commercial.

Rob created LineWorks Drafting Service in 1990 to get through the recession.  During this time Rob performed drafting services (and later design) for Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Structural Engineers as well as a host of local Architects.

In 1995, Rob signed on with Robert Parker Adams, an Architect in Jackson, Mississippi where he spent the next 21 years as Senior designer and computer systems manager under the direction and mentorship of Robert Parker “Bob” Adams. A large part of Rob’s projects included Historic Preservation and restoration including several Civil War structures and the Original 1839 Capitol building in Jackson, MS.  Rob relocated to Florida after Mr. Adams’ retirement to pursue his passion for Coastal Residential Design.

Rob is the eyes and 'boots on the ground' for 30 North Design.  He conducts most of our client and site visits, contributes to the structural components of our projects, and loves watching our projects come to life.

Leslie Schwartz

FOUNDER

While attending college Leslie interned at Landry + Newman Architecture in Birmingham, MI for 5 years where she worked on large scale commercial projects from conceptual design and construction documents down to interior selections and space planning. She went on to work for a well-known local Architect contributing to large scale and community residential design and construction.  During her 6 years in Chicago, Leslie worked for a world-renowned builder where she assisted with the project management of high rise residential and commercial buildings.

Moving to the Gulf Coast was a game changer as Leslie was selected to be the Assistant Project Manager to the owner of The Henderson Resort and Spa at Crystal Beach. After completion of this project Leslie went back to her love of designing Coastal Residential.  This has been a passion of hers since her days in Michigan and she is blessed to have the opportunity to see her work come to life in such a beautiful place.

Leslie also holds a CMCA furthering her knowledge of the design process and document implementation within a planned association.  She has also resided on design review boards for her own HOA.

She has since moved to Milton, GA where she works remotely doing what she loves, designing coastal homes.

Leslie graduated from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, MI with a Bachelors of Science in Architecture and has been in the Architectural field for almost 25 years.
