Robert Bounds
FOUNDER
Rob brings over 35 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on residential design, construction, and historic preservation. He founded LineWorks Drafting Service in 1990 and spent over two decades as Senior Designer under architect Robert Parker Adams, contributing to notable restorations including Civil War-era structures and the 1839 Mississippi State Capitol.
Now based in Florida, Rob applies his expertise to coastal residential design.
At 30 North Design, he serves as our boots on the ground—leading site visits, coordinating structural elements, and ensuring each project is executed with precision.
Leslie Schwartz
FOUNDER
Leslie brings 27 years of experience in architecture, with a background spanning large-scale commercial, high-rise residential, and luxury coastal design. She began her career with Landry + Newman Architecture and later worked alongside a world-renowned Chicago builder managing complex projects.
A pivotal role as Assistant Project Manager for The Henderson Resort and Spa on Florida’s Gulf Coast led her back to her true focus—coastal residential design.
Now based in Milton, GA, Leslie leads the design of refined coastal homes, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of how people live.
